Plastic Test Caps

DESCRIPTION

Black Swan’s Plastic Test Caps are high impact polystyrene test caps used to test plumbing systems for leaks before final installations. Sizes are 1-1/2″, 2″, 3″, and 4″. Once tests are complete the test cap can be knocked out with a hammer and the installation can be completed.

DIRECTION

Select the correct size test cap for the size pipe. Solvent weld the test cap into the pipe. Fill piping system with water and check for leaks. After determining there are no leaks drain water from the system. Take hammer and knock-out test caps in the system. Complete installation.
